I'm a Growin'

I forgot to take Ainsley's 6 month picture next to the teddy bear. You may have seen the ones with her little pumpkin, but I still wanted to show you how much she is growing! She is getting a tad bit chunkier in the face and leg areas and we love it! 6 months ago, it would have been hard to imagine she would look how she does now. We are so happy we have a beautiful, healthy, growing baby girl.

Side note: She was not in a very good mood when I took these pictures, so I did what I could, as fast as I could.

Post Explosion!!!

I. LOVE. NAP. TIME.

It's amazing how much you can get done in 2 and a half hours. A big thanks to Ainsley for taking one of her longer naps this afternoon, I was able to post some much needed blog updates. We have been out of town, here, there, and everywhere, (oh and not to mention I work every day), and have had very little to no time to work on my blog. That rare time I do have ends up being used sitting on the couch not wanting to do anything. So here you go. Don't be overwhelmed by my 3 and a half hours worth of blog posts. Just pop some popcorn, sit back, relax, and enjoy!

Below you will find not 1, not 2, but 5 new posts. Don't miss them!

1. Walden Farm
2. 6 Months
3. Happy Birthday to an Uncle
4. Visit to Texas
5. Fun with Great-grandparents

*Ignore the dates and times I posted each one. I went back and changed the times/dates so that they could be in order and her 6 month post would fall on the 14th.

Walden Farm

This past weekend my parents (Lili and Pop), Brantley, Ainsley, and I went to Walden Farm. It was so fun! I wasn't really sure what to expect, but it was a great thing to get out of the house and do with Ainsley and on top of that it was such a gorgeous day. They had TONS of pumpkins, a petting "zoo", yummy looking food and desserts, jarred jams, hay rides, face painting, and several other things. Obviously this year we didn't get to experience much of that, but I just wanted to go so I could get some cute pictures of my cute girl. Of course, Ainsley was totally not into it. The most fun she had was watching all of the little kids run around everywhere. We could not get her to smile at all! That little stinker! She did however also enjoy looking up at the tree when we were standing under it attempting to take a family picture. She kept arching her back and looking up at the leaves while "chatting" away. This went on for a pretty long time and got us all laughing. She was just not in the picture taking mood, but then again she's never really in the picture taking mood. We loved this little trip to the farm and I cannot wait to take Ainsley again next year when she will get to be one of those little kids running around everywhere herself!
